Business Development Manager

Role and Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and expand business partnerships with distribution channels and new clients to achieve the main goal of contributing to the growth of the AUM of Amber Premium.
- Lead prospect and client demo calls, capturing valuable feedback to relay to our internal teams.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both institutional and individual clients across the region, driving sales growth in AUM and trading volume through Amber’s platforms—both online and offline.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, legal, and compliance, to ensure seamless and compliant operations in local markets.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or client relationship management, is a must.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience within the crypto or traditional financial services sectors, is a strong advantage. Candidates with more experience will be considered a more senior position.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven, problem solver.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast-paced organization.
- Demonstrated knowledge in digital assets and familiarity with crypto markets is preferred.
