Summary: Provide administrative and basic technical support to the IT department, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative and coordination support to the IT team.
Assist with basic IT troubleshooting and technical support when required.
Maintain IT records, documentation, reports, and filing systems.
Manage and update IT asset inventories, including laptops, computers, and other equipment.
Assist with procurement, purchase orders, quotations, and invoice processing for IT-related purchases.
Coordinate with IT vendors, suppliers, and internal departments on IT-related matters.
Support the setup and distribution of IT equipment for new employees.
Assist with user account administration and basic system updates.
Track IT service requests and follow up on outstanding issues.
Support IT projects, meetings, scheduling, and other administrative activities.
Perform other IT-related administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in administration, IT coordination, or IT support will be an advantage.
Basic understanding of IT equipment, computer systems, and software.
Good organisational, administrative, and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to learn and assist with basic IT-related tasks.
