Marketing Executive

1. Key Responsibilities
1.1 Shared Marketing Execution (Wizlogix & Wiz360)
• Plan and execute the monthly marketing calendar across LinkedIn, EDM, website, and events for both brands.
• Write and design marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, one-pagers, proposal inserts, and presentation decks.
• Maintain both company websites, including content updates, basic SEO, and campaign landing pages.
• Manage the marketing database and mailing lists in accordance with PDPA requirements.
• Track campaign performance and report monthly on reach, engagement, and lead generation.
• Coordinate with external designers, printers, photographers, and agencies.
1.2 Wizlogix (Technical B2B) Marketing
• Translate technical subject matter, such as PCB design, IT infrastructure, and training curricula, into clear marketing content for engineering and procurement audiences.
• Support trade shows, technical seminars, and customer events end to end.
• Build a steady pipeline of technical content, including application notes, project write-ups, and training course promotion.
1.3 Wiz360 (Corporate Learning) Marketing
• Develop programme collateral for corporate learning journeys and delegation programmes.
• Support brand-building for Wiz360, including positioning, messaging, and initial market presence.
• Assist with partner and venue coordination for programme launches.
1.4 Process Improvement & Other Duties
• Identify and recommend improvements to marketing processes and content workflows.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager or management.
2.1 Education
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2.2 Experience
• 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or professional services.
2.3 Functional Competencies
• Strong written English, as the role involves producing most outgoing marketing content.
• Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress or a similar CMS, and email marketing platforms.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn as a primary B2B channel, including analytics.
• Exposure to electronics, engineering, or IT industries will be an advantage.
• Experience marketing training, education, or L&D services will be an advantage.
• Basic video editing or motion graphics skills will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or comparable marketing automation tools will be an advantage.
2.4 Personal Attributes
• Organized and self-directed; able to run multiple campaigns across two brands without close supervision.
• Comfortable switching registers between a technical B2Baudience and a people-development audience.
