Learning Program Executive - Training Coordinator [SAS]

Seeking an organized, proactive and dependable professional to join the team as a Learning Program Executive . The role serves as a key support function for funded training programmes, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery for clients, trainers and participants from start to finish.
The position serves as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing end-to-end training logistics, coordinating communications and providing responsive support throughout the learning journey. Responsibilities also cover administration, logistics and operational processes to ensure accurate, seamless and high-quality training delivery.
The ideal candidate takes pride in precise execution, proactive service and delivering a seamless learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
Training Facilitation & Coordination
- Training Facilitation: Facilitate training sessions conducted on-site or virtually via video conferencing platforms.
- Classroom Management: Coordinate classroom setup, maintain attendance records, encourage participant engagement during Q&A sessions and group activities, and invigilate assessments.
- Training Venue Coordination: Liaise with hotels and training venues to arrange logistical requirements for public-run programmes.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Client Coordination: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for clients’ training departments, coordinating logistics and preparing post-training documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with trainers, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day programme operations.
- Resource Management: Create and maintain training resources on learning platforms for participant access and reference.
Session Setup & Administration
- Platform & Portal Management: Configure training sessions across video conferencing platforms such as Webex and Zoom, the government training portal (TPGateway), and the internal Training Management System (TMS).
- Enrolment Processing: Process online registrations and participant enrolments accurately and within required timelines.
Compliance & Documentation
- Funding & Grant Processing: Review training records to ensure compliance with government funding and grant submission requirements, and process submissions via TPGateway.
- Audit Support: Support periodic documentation reviews, audits and compliance checks.
- General Support: Assist with ad-hoc duties and other responsibilities as assigned.
