Sr Finance Director - APAC

Senior Director of Commercial Finance for APAC region, reporting to the Head of Region. This role provides financial leadership and strategic business partnership to drive growth and profitability across the diverse APAC portfolio while contributing to global finance strategy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as financial advisor and strategic partner to APAC Head of Region and General Managers
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for APAC Commercial organization
- Evaluate business cases, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities to optimize returns
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing APAC finance team across matrixed organization
- Ensure financial controls, governance, compliance, and risk management standards
Requirements
- 15+ years progressive finance leadership in multinational organizations
- Proven experience partnering with senior commercial leaders on business strategy and performance
- Track record leading finance teams in complex, matrixed, multi-country environments
- Strong commercial finance, business partnering, and performance management expertise
- Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and GAAP knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
- APAC regional experience strongly preferred
