Job Description & Requirements:
We're looking for a fun, friendly & motivated individual to join our Retail & Community team as a Retail Brand Ambassador (Part-Time)- key figure in overall online customer service experience. You should be someone who understands the brand and embodies our values.
Prior experience in customer-facing roles is recommended but not required - however affinity with the brand and passion for service is necessary.
Responsibilities included:
- Executing and overseeing day to day operations i.e., Opening/Closing, inventory management, stock replenishments, customer service, cashiering, sales reporting, visual merchandising, store cleanliness, goods receiving or deliveries
- Delivering excellent in-store customer service to enhance overall customer experience
- Supporting in the execution of in-store activities, events or campaigns
- Assisting the team with any other assigned ad-hoc duties
- Reporting to Retail & Community Manager
Skills & Requirements:
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Honest, hardworking, responsible, proactive and a collaborative team player
- Able to commit at least 3 days a week, including 1 day on the weekend
- Positive energy and approachable with a willingness to learn
- Great understanding of the brand aesthetics and values
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Minimum commitment period of 6 months
