The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with an established packaging manufacturing company in Singapore to hire a Senior Production Planner . The role oversees production scheduling and resource planning, working closely with operational teams to meet delivery commitments and improve manufacturing efficiency.- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- Location: West Region
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with an early start at 7:30am
- Salary Package: Up to S$6,000 + Allowances + AWS + Performance Bonus
The Job:
- Plan and prioritise production schedules across multiple products to meet demand and delivery timelines.
- Assess material, equipment and manpower requirements against available production capacity.
- Coordinate workflow and manpower allocation with production teams to support efficient execution.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address shortages, delays and operational disruptions.
- Collaborate with quality and warehouse teams to ensure product readiness and smooth order fulfilment.
- Track production output and quality data, prepare performance reports and maintain accurate planning records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resource utilisation and production efficiency.
The Talent:
- Diploma or higher qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant production planning experience within manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of production scheduling, capacity planning and resource allocation.
- Prior leadership or people management experience.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing costing, internal auditing and operational improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
