Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team as an Accounts Officer, where your financial expertise will directly contribute to operational excellence. This role offers a chance to integrate your skills within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Verify and obtain approvals for accounts payable and receivable.
- Manage petty cash reimbursement and banking activities.
- Handle outstanding payables and receivables, including bank reconciliation and monthly cost reports.
- Prepare quarterly GST filings and cash flow forecasts.
- Aid in the preparation of audit and tax schedules.
- Monitor leases related to equipment and assets.
- Collaborate with auditors to fulfill their requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Detail-oriented, committed, and a strong team player.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
