Resident Technical Officer (C&S)

Project: MBS
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of construction activities to ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements.
- Liaison with main contractors, architects, and engineers for the approval of shop drawings and resolution of site issues.
- Management of site safety in accordance with Ministry of Manpower guidelines.
- Attendance at site meetings and preparation of meeting minutes.
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress of rectification works and quality of materials.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction supervision, preferably in BTO projects.
- Registered RTO with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES).
- Relevant experience in site supervision and project management.
