Job Description

- Position Title: Production Planner
- Working Location: Pioneer
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:45am – 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and maintain production schedules based on orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations and timely output.
- Track production progress and adjust schedules when necessary.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
- Liaise with R&D to ensure timely replenishment of production materials.
- Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Monitor stock movement between the warehouse and production.
- Identify and implement improvements in production planning and warehouse efficiency.
- Carry out other ad hoc duties or special projects as assigned.

- Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Materials Management, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in production planning or scheduling using production scheduling software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting.
