- Understand and respond to customer needs promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Foster long-term client relationships to support business growth and contribute to overall sales performance.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, and manufacturers to meet business goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports and forecasts.
- Support the sales process by assisting in the preparation of proposals and quotations.
- Carry out ad hoc tasks or assignments as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
- Energetic, positive, and outgoing personality with a proactive approach.
