Duration: 6-months contract
Salary: $24 per hour
We are looking for a Locum Case Manager to support the health and wellbeing of students in University. The successful candidate will provide case management and mental health support, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure students receive appropriate care and access to available resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide case management support for students requiring wellbeing and mental health assistance.
- Conduct mental health screenings and needs assessments to identify appropriate support services.
- Perform triage by assessing students' needs and referring them to relevant internal or external resources.
- Provide crisis intervention and support for students experiencing acute mental health concerns.
- Educate students on available mental health and wellbeing services within.
- Advocate for students' mental health needs and collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate appropriate care.
- Maintain accurate and timely case documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
