Outreach & Engagement Executive (Cultural) | Govt

Duration: 3 months (Extendable to 1 year)
Location: City Hall
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
Partnership & Community Engagement
- Work with community organisations, social service agencies, and partners to promote programmes.
- Support partners in arranging offsite visits to arts and heritage programmes.
- Coordinate with arts and heritage organisations to ensure programmes meet community needs.
- Assist with preparing materials and coordinating partners to support outreach efforts.
Group Visit Coordination
- Arrange and coordinate group visits to arts and heritage programmes.
- Handle logistics such as scheduling, transport, ticketing, and on‑site coordination.
- Keep records of group visits, attendance, and related arrangements.
Digital Access Support
- Support individuals who have difficulty using digital platforms to access programmes.
- Help provide alternative options such as assisted booking or offline registration.
- Guide members of the public on how to access programme information or registration platforms.
Outreach & Awareness
- Work with partners to share programme information through their communication channels.
- Assist in outreach activities such as briefings, roadshows, and community sessions.
- Support simple tracking of outreach activities to help improve future efforts.
Requirements:
- Good organisational and coordination skills.
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work with different stakeholders and community partners.
- Experience in outreach, community work, partnerships, or programme coordination is an advantage.
