Mechanical Technician - Equipment Assembly (Yishun | Semiconductor)

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, clean, and pack equipment in accordance with technical documentation
• Maintain and service machines, tools, and consumables within the production area
• Support the development and revision of assembly-related technical procedures
• Troubleshoot and analyse equipment or customer-reported issues to identify root causes
• Implement best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives in assembly processes
• Maintain accurate records of assembly activities, test results, and documentation
• Assist with general production and ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within semiconductor environments
• Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical assembly and testing applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Proficiency in Mandarin language is an added advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
