Manager/Assistant Manager (Newton)
Seacare Manpower
- Support HR Business Partners in manpower planning and workforce initiatives across the organisation
- Work closely with division leaders to understand hiring needs and provide practical HR support and solutions
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including talent sourcing, interview arrangements, candidate engagement, onboarding, and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Handle day-to-day employee queries and provide timely HR support on staff matters
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with organisational goals
- Support HR projects, process reviews, and administrative duties as assigned
- Liaise and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties

Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Meticulous, resourceful, organised, and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Prior HR or recruitment experience will be an advantage
Duration/Working hours:
4 months contract (Immediate)
Mon to Fri: 42 hours per week
