Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor civil/structural works across project sites.
- Handle full spectrum of quantity surveying, including cost estimation & documentation.
- Attend meetings with consultants, track project progress, and manage technical submissions.
- Coordinate dormitory and migrant worker accommodation requirements.
- Prepare monthly reports, material take-offs, and project billings.
- Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and conduct site inspections.
- Support RE/RTO with audit readiness, manpower scheduling, and safety compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Singapore
- Strong project costing, tender submission, and documentation knowledge
- Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO)
- Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B)
- Completed BCSS and Work at Height (WAH) training
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Microsoft Office
- Familiar with construction tech and site IT systems
- Experience managing migrant workers & dormitory coordination
- Proficient in Workforce Management Systems for manpower tracking
- Familiar with E-Submission Tools (e.g. Corenet X, BCA/URA portals)
- Knowledge of construction IT systems and project digitalization tools
