The successful candidate will support international sales of automotive products, including tyres, rims, and batteries, by developing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to sales growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support overseas sales activities to achieve established team sales targets.
- Identify potential business opportunities and assist in expanding the international customer base.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, sales activities, and order fulfilment to ensure timely processing and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to monitor order status and resolve sales or delivery-related issues.
- Maintain effective communication with overseas customers and provide timely updates on their orders.
- Assist with sales and marketing initiatives to support international business development.
