Office Cleaner – 4 hours daily - Mon to Fri - 9am to 1pm
Duties & Responsibilities
The office cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and general tidiness of the office, common areas and production premises.
Daily Duties
1. Toilet Cleaning
• Clean and maintain 6 toilet cubicles in the 5-storey building daily.
• Clean toilet bowls, sinks, mirrors and floors.
• Replenish toilet supplies where required.
2. Rubbish Disposal
• Collect and dispose of rubbish from all designated areas daily.
• Replace bin liners where necessary.
3. Staff Canteen
• Mop the staff canteen floor daily.
• Wipe and clean all dining tables and surfaces.
• Area covers approximately 3-room flat space
Twice Weekly
1. Glass Doors
• Clean and wipe all designated glass doors twice a week.
• Remove fingerprints, stains and visible marks.
2. Lift Lobby & Passenger Lift
• Mop and clean the lift lobby and 1 passenger lift twice a week.
• Ensure the lift area is kept clean and presentable.
Weekly Duties
1. Office Area
• Vacuum the designated office area once a week.
• Area covers approximately 3-room flat space
2. Production Floor
• Mop/vacuum the designated production floor once a week.
• Area covers approximately 3-room flat space
• Ensure the floor is free from dust, dirt and debris.
3. General Surface Cleaning
• Wipe and clean general surfaces once a week, including tables, ledges, cabinets and other designated surfaces.
• Remove dust and visible dirt to maintain a clean working environment.
General Responsibilities
• Maintain a consistently clean, hygienic and safe environment.
• Attend to spills or areas requiring additional cleaning when necessary.
• Use cleaning equipment and cleaning products properly and safely.
• Report any damaged facilities, leakage, blockage or other maintenance issues noticed during cleaning to the supervisor.
• Carry out other reasonable cleaning-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
