- Coordinate and arrange various business meetings and discussion sessions with internal and external stakeholders for the project.
- Liaise with other RC staff for requirement gathering and finalizing business requirements.
- Assist in planning and performing user acceptance testing (UAT) for the various AI Use Cases
- Support business users in process change management with implementation of the AI solution.
- Assist in preparation and review of relevant documentation for the project.
- Assist in proper maintenance of key artefacts and documents for the project.
- Assist in tracking of project activities/milestones, budget, risk issues and ensure any potential delay.
- Where needed, assist in any post-implementation data preparation for the data migration exercise for the project.
- Assist on any other ad-hoc tasks and activities, where requested.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risk and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies
- Highlights any potential concerns/ risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
