Sales Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Assistant with experience in restaurant, catering, or food shop environments to support sales and operations in our F&B business. The role requires flexibility to work weekends, after office hours, and night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers to support sales and enhance customer satisfaction
- Assist in managing daily sales operations within the F&B business to ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate with team members to support catering and restaurant service activities
- Adapt to work schedules including weekends, after office hours, and night shifts to meet business needs
- Apply knowledge of restaurant and catering environments to contribute to sales management tasks
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working as a Sales Assistant in the F&B industry
- Experience in sales management and operations within F&B-related businesses
- Familiarity with Bangladeshi and Indian restaurant cuisine and operations
