- Monitor and update inventory records using Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Perform stock checks and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate stock movements and ensure proper documentation.
- Perform data entry and prepare inventory reports.
- Track shipments and update customers on delivery status.
- Handle enquiries and resolve issues related to deliveries, stock discrepancies, or damaged goods.
- Support daily warehouse operations and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- No experience required; training will be provided.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
