Quality Control Senior

We welcome candidates without leadership experience but is keen to take on leading a team role.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of junior QC.
• Inspect, test and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and deviations from specifications.
• Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments.
• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products and recommend necessary corrective actions.
• Discard or reject products, materials and equipment not meeting specifications
• Maintain records of testing, information and various metrics such as number of defective products per day etc.
• Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards.
• Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database.
• NCR data collections and photos taking

Qualifications Summary

Experience:

This position requires minimum 1-year relevant experience in quality control.

Education:

Minimum ITE grad

Skills:

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
• Attentive to detail and consistency
• Basic literacy & numeracy
• Basic computer skills

Work Location based in West.

Company transportation provided to the nearest MRT station.
