Job Description
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, management reports and Group reporting.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, Singapore accounting standards,statutory requirements, and Group policies.
- Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivabl, fixed assets and cash flow.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, banks and government authorities.
- Oversee GST, corporate tax, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations and financial reports.
- Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting processes, and SAP financial systems.
- Provide financial analysis and business partnering support to management.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the General Manager.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
- Professional accounting qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, CPA or an equivalent recognised qualification is preferred.
- At least 5 working years' experience in handling accounting, finance activities, including managerial responsibilities.
- Experience in manufacturing and SAP-Hana is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
