Kitting Technician

Agilent seeks a Kitting Technician in Singapore to pick, verify, and prepare materials for production according to manufacturing schedules. The role involves SAP transactions, inventory management, and coordination with planning and warehouse teams to ensure timely kit delivery and material accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Pick and kit materials according to production orders and manufacturing schedules
• Verify part numbers, quantities, revisions, and material conditions before kit issuance
• Perform SAP transactions for material movements, returns, and inventory adjustments
• Monitor kit shortages and coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams
• Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock-taking activities

Requirements

• Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification
• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or material management preferred
• SAP or MES systems familiarity advantageous
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Effective communication and coordination skills
