Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8.00am - 5.30pm
TRAINING PROVIDED
Job Descriptions:
Prepare, submit, and follow up on sales quotations with customers.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Issue purchase orders (PO) to vendors and coordinate order processing and delivery timelines.
Prepare delivery orders (DO), proforma invoices, packing lists, and other relevant documents.
Coordinate daily delivery and collection arrangements to ensure smooth operations.
Handle general administrative duties, including answering calls, filing, data entry.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Candidates with relevant experience in a similar role will have an advantage.
Training will be provided for those without / with lesser experience.
