Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day fund administration, liaise with brokers, fund administrators, auditors, custodians, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reconciliations.
- Monitor investment performance and prepare periodic fund reports and presentations.
- Assist with due diligence, compliance, and internal control processes.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking of funds.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies.
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the director and board.
- Manage calendar, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Draft correspondence, reports, and presentation materials for board and investor meetings.
- Coordinate communication and follow-up on key projects and deadlines.
- Organize business travel, events, and meetings.
- Other ad hoc operation / adminstrative tasks
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of fund structures, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
