Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems.
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using software such as Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Coordinate and integrate M&E services with architectural and structural models.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with project teams.
- Ensure models comply with project specifications, BIM standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Update and revise BIM models based on design changes and site feedback.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in BIM modeling for M&E works.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of BIM processes, standards, and coordination workflows.
- Experience in construction or engineering projects is an advantage.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection.
- Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
