Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and manage building projects to ensure compliance with contractual, client, quality, environmental, health, and safety (QEHS) requirements.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely project completion within approved financial targets.
- Lead and coordinate project teams by establishing clear roles, responsibilities, objectives, and deliverables.
- Oversee suppliers and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project requirements, QEHS standards, schedules, and cost controls.
- Monitor site progress and construction productivity, identifying areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site progress reports, project records, documentation, and email correspondence.
- Provide regular project updates to management, covering key QEHS, cost, schedule, and progress performance indicators.
- Identify potential project risks, delays, or issues and implement appropriate corrective actions where necessary.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably within building construction projects.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management , or a related discipline.
- Possess relevant safety certification such as CSCPM .
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and project scheduling tools.
- Certified QM / CONQUAS Manager certification will be an added advantage.
- Strong project management, leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of construction processes, project schedules, cost management, and QEHS requirements.
