We are looking for a hands-on Regional Finance Manager for a logistics company covering Southeast Asia operations.
We want someone modern, business-focused, and comfortable using AI tools and automation to improve work efficiency. This is not a traditional accounting-only role.
Responsibilities
- Handle regional finance operations and reporting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
- Work closely with operations team on cost control and profitability
- Improve reporting processes using AI and automation tools
- Build dashboards and better business insights
- Ensure compliance, audit, and tax requirements are met
Requirements
- 5–10 years finance experience
- Experience in logistics / freight forwarding / supply chain preferred
- Regional exposure is a plus
- Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Power BI, automation tools, etc.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
