UI/UX Lead (1-year Contract)

Please note that this is a 1-year contract role with potential for renewal.
Your Role as a Zenika Consultant – UI/UX Lead
As a UI/UX Lead at Zenika, you’ll guide our clients in elevating their digital interfaces, while leading and growing design capabilities within their teams. You’ll:
- Lead and mentor UI/UX teams, fostering a strong design culture and collaborative mindset
- Develop and drive design strategies aligned with business and user needs
- Craft and maintain design systems, style guides, and ensure design consistency across products
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Axure and modern tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
- Facilitate and conduct usability testing, user interviews, and apply insights to refine user experiences
- Present design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback iteratively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to deliver user-centric, accessible, and mobile-first designs
- Stay ahead of trends in UX, accessibility, and emerging technologies
What You Bring
- At least 5 years of UI/UX design experience , including 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design process, systems thinking, and user-centered solutions
- Advanced proficiency in Axure and familiarity with Figma, Sketch , or similar
- Proven experience in user research , accessibility , and responsive design
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Bonus: Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript , Agile methods, and facilitation of workshops
