Job Description

- Position Title: Export Shipping Executive
- Working Location: Pioneer /Tuas
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:45am – 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Provide logistics solutions and support to new and existing customers.
- Manage export documentation and daily operations.
- Book vessel space and confirm with customers.
- Coordinate with SFA for Export Health Certificates.
- Prepare documents for banks (L/C & D/P payments), embassies, and government authorities.
- Verify freight charges and ensure financial security before shipment.
- Oversee warehouse and production operations; handle stock allocation.
- Perform other ad hoc assignments and special projects as needed.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the food industry preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
