Job scope:
- Perform daily quality checks, inspections (incoming, in-process, outgoing), and non-conformance handling using digital tools (Kizeo, ERP, SAP).
- Review and verify QC reports to ensure accuracy and maintain documentation standards.
- Manage and update quality records, work instructions, and training requirements.
- Coordinate with operations, admin, logistics, and QC teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and support QA/QC activities as assigned by supervisors or management.
