Job Description

- Position Title: Field Engineer
- Working Location: Joo Koon
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri: 8.00am to 5.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support for machinery and systems, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and customer training.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults and recommend corrective actions.
- Respond to customer service requests within the agreed response time and provide effective technical solutions.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records in the company’s SSA system.
- Recommend spare parts, repair options, and maintenance services to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- Liaise with suppliers, principals, and manufacturers on technical support, warranty matters, equipment issues, spare parts, and service concerns.
- Support the Technical Operations Executive team in preparing service quotations, maintenance contracts, and technical proposals.
- Follow workplace safety requirements and company procedures during service activities.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships through professional and responsive support.
- Attend technical training and continuously improve technical knowledge and skills.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

- Hands-on experience and good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
- Knowledge of PLC programming, PLC troubleshooting, or AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
