Key Responsibilities
- Support and configure IT systems within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
- Perform Change Control Impact Assessments for IT-related activities.
- Assist in Operational Technology (OT) network implementation.
- Support server implementation where required.
- Prepare and deploy validated workstation images.
- Perform system cloning, restoration and backup activities.
- Configure workstation settings, user permissions and access rights.
- Create and manage local administrator and user accounts.
- Configure network connectivity, cloud storage and OneDrive mapping.
- Implement and maintain backup solutions using Acronis.
- Provide support for IT systems while ensuring compliance with data integrity and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Support ongoing technology initiatives and system enhancements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is essential.
- Hands-on experience supporting GMP-regulated IT systems is required.
- Familiarity with validation practices and regulated system environments.
- Experience supporting laboratory analytical or QC systems such as TOC or MALDI is advantageous but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a regulated environment.
