Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end developers to define and implement new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews.
- Ensure application security, quality, and responsiveness.
- Publish and manage applications on Google Play Store.
- Stay updated with Android platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
- Work within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of Android application development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
- Hands-on experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and Jetpack Components.
- Experience with MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture.
- Strong experience integrating REST APIs and JSON/XML data.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Understanding of mobile application security and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Jetpack Compose.
- Firebase (Authentication, Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging).
- CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
- Automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- SQLite / Room Database.
