Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and track the quality performance of parts and products in the field
Maintain accurate quality records and inspection documentation
Analyse quality trends and highlight issues for corrective and preventive actions
Follow up on quality-related matters through to final resolution and disposition
Coordinate and conduct meetings with internal departments and external vendors on quality issues
Develop, review, and improve inspection and quality control processes
Train and support technicians and vendors on quality standards and procedures
Investigate field failures, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective solutions
Ensure compliance with EHS procedures, workplace safety policies, and safe work practices
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Precision Engineering
At least 5 years of experience in Quality Control and/or related functions
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ISO9001 / ISO45001 quality systems and quality tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quality management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong quality mindset
Demonstrates integrity, initiative, and the ability to work independently
