Salon Receptionist

Miin Hair, a premium Korean hair salon in the heart of Orchard, is looking for a friendly and reliable receptionist to join our team. If you enjoy working with people and have a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and serve coffee, tea, or water
- Attend to clients in person, over the phone, and via WhatsApp
- Answer questions about our services
- Process cashier transactions
- Inform customers about new services, promotions, and discounts
- Update and maintain customer records
- Handle basic filing and paperwork
Requirements:
- Open to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, and LTVP holders with a valid Letter of Consent. We are unable to sponsor work passes for this role.
- Good communication skills in English
- Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented
- Prior experience as a receptionist, cashier, or in customer service
- Salon experience preferred but not required
Working Hours:
- 5 days per week
- 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (some days finish earlier depending on appointments)
Salary & Benefits:
- $2,200 to $2,700/month, based on experience
- Annual leave
