Terminal Operator Specialist (BL5)- One year contract!
Salary: From $2,600/month

Level: Team Lead / Supervisory
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Terminal Operator Specialist to support daily terminal and warehouse operations.
You will be responsible for supervising the Admin/Operations team, coordinating inbound and outbound activities, managing resources and ensuring operational KPIs, safety and quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations & Planning
Plan and supervise daily inbound and outbound administrative and operations activities to achieve operational targets and KPIs.
Plan and allocate manpower and resources effectively to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate and liaise with customers and transporters on day-to-day operational matters.
Manage customer returns and vendor returns.
Team Supervision & Development
Lead and supervise the Admin/Operations team to ensure targets are consistently achieved.
Support team members in resolving booking and operational issues.
Train new and existing staff and maintain relevant training records.
Assist the Manager / Operations Executive in building a cohesive and high-performing team.
️ Compliance, Safety & Quality
Ensure the team complies with HSE, Security, 5S and quality standards.
Monitor compliance with system processes and customer-specific requirements.
Identify and escalate operational non-conformances to the Manager / Operations Executive.
Follow up on corrective actions and ensure issues are resolved effectively.
Systems & Continuous Improvement
Support system testing, upgrades and implementation activities with internal and external stakeholders.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Manager / Operations Executive.
⭐ Requirements
Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, terminal or operations environments.
Proven experience leading and supervising a team is required.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Familiarity with operational dashboards such as Power BI or
