Job Summary
Perform dismantling, repair, assembly and testing of mechanical products and components used in the marine industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Dismantle, inspect, repair and assemble mechanical products and components.
- Perform testing after repair and assembly.
- Use hand tools, measuring tools and workshop equipment safely.
- Identify faulty or worn components and carry out necessary replacement.
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and report complex problems to supervisors.
- Follow work instructions, SOPs and quality requirements.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S within the workshop.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures.
- Support other workshop and repair activities when required.
