Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and coordinate monthly management reports, including retail sales performance, operational updates, budget tracking, and key business metrics.
- Perform data analysis, identify key trends, and provide insights to support business reviews.
- Support the preparation of quarterly asset reviews, annual business plans, and other management presentations.
- Consolidate information from multiple business functions to support reporting requirements and management presentations.
- Ensure all reports are submitted accurately and within established timelines.
- Maintain reporting databases and records to support business planning and performance tracking.
MCST Governance & Strata Management
- Support the administration of the two-tier MCST structure and ensure compliance with statutory and governance requirements.
- Serve as the key coordinator for strata-related matters, including council correspondence, meetings, resolutions, and stakeholder communications.
- Lead the planning, preparation, and execution of the Annual General Meeting (AGM), ensuring successful delivery of all governance requirements.
- Support the onboarding and administration of the newly elected Council and coordinate the organisation of the first Council Meeting following the AGM.
- Work closely with legal advisors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders on governance-related matters as required.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate internal meetings and stakeholder communications.
- Assist with document management and record keeping.
- Support ad hoc projects and assignments as required by the General Manager.
Requirements
- Experience in administrative coordination, reporting and data analysis preferred.
- Strong understanding of MCST governance, strata management and experience organising AGMs, council meetings, or similar governance processes will be advantageous.
