Job Summary
Lead daily operations and staff management to ensure high-quality service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction in a dynamic environment. Drive recruitment efforts and maintain operational excellence aligned with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities to deliver prompt, efficient service to users consistently
- Lead and train staff to maintain service standards aligned with contract terms and company expectations
- Manage staff performance through coaching and guidance to achieve operational excellence
- Prepare and maintain accurate records for quality control, cost management, and personnel performance monitoring
- Ensure timely completion of all scheduled tasks meeting required standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues promptly to maintain operational integrity
- Build and sustain positive relationships with clients and staff following company policies
- Enforce staff compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety standards during all duties
- Monitor adherence to legal requirements and company procedures to ensure full compliance
- Prepare operational performance reports and recommend actionable improvements
- Address customer feedback and resolve service-related issues efficiently and professionally
- Perform hands-on duties as required within the contract scope to support operational needs
- Support recruitment initiatives to attract and hire qualified talent for the team
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency to effectively communicate in a diverse, multicultural workforce
- Experience working in multicultural environments to enhance team collaboration
- PC literacy with strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with staff and clients
- Good interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with users and staff at all levels
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years relevant housekeeping experience; candidates with substantial relevant experience may also be considered regardless of formal qualifications
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated by training, guiding, and coaching staff to achieve high performance
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong multitasking and creative problem-solving abilities to manage operational challenges
