Responsibilities
Carry out equipment periodic maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance procedure and safety requirement.
Assist Engineer on machine improvement and parts testing.
Maintaining/updating SOP, work procedure and training material or report writing.
Carry out firsthand repair and troubleshoot on machine breakdown to maximized equipment uptime
Assist in spare parts inventory.
Actively involve in TPM, perform routine equipment patrol check or inspection on automation system.
Assist in any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor as and when necessary.
Carry out repairs or overhaul of parts for automation.
Assist in identifying equipment failures, root cause analysis and recommending solution to technical issues.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in Engineering (Electronic/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics) or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in Automated Material Handling System (AMHS).
Prior experience in Automated Manufacturing Environment and knowledge of Programmable Logic Controlled (PLC) would be advantageous.
Self-motivated and proactive; eager to learn and open to acquiring new skills.
Strong team player with good collaboration skills.
Possesses strong analytical thinking abilities.
Willing and able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
