Job Summary

You will manage showroom operations, engage with walk-in customers, promote products, and handle enquiries to support sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily showroom operations to ensure a welcoming and organized environment
• Greet and assist walk-in customers by understanding their needs and providing product information
• Promote company products effectively to customers to support sales growth
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries to enhance customer experience
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support showroom and sales activities
• Work on weekends and public holidays as required to maintain showroom coverage

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Skills in social media and design to support marketing and promotional activities

Other Information

• Salary: Basic + Allowances + Commission (from $2500-$3500 basic depending on experience)
• Location: Kranji Green / Ubi (Transport pick-up available for Kranji Green)
• Working hours: 8 hours per day
• Days off: 1 weekday off plus 2 Saturdays or Sundays off per month
