Business Development Executive

Role Overview
As part of our Commercial Team, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. You will collaborate closely with technical teams to translate customer needs into solutions and support the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
What You'll Do
- Develop new business opportunities across target industries for asset management, inventory management, and personnel tracking solutions.
- Execute proactive lead generation through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and on-ground prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, quotation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
- Provide feedback to product and technical teams on market trends and customer needs.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or similar.
- 1-3 years' sales experience in IT/software/tech (fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome).
- Strong communicator, confident presenter, and skilled negotiator.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and a real team player.
- Keen interest in Technology & AI (training provided).
