Java+ DB Developer

We are seeking an experienced Java + DB Developer to support a Core Banking project. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and NoSQL databases, with exposure to CI/CD processes and software delivery best practices. Banking domain experience will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

. Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.

. Develop and optimize solutions using MongoDB and NoSQL databases.

. Participate in application design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines.

. Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient software delivery.

. Troubleshoot production issues and perform performance tuning of applications and databases.

. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and quality best practices.

Required Skills

. 2 years of hands-on experience in Java development.

. Strong expertise in Spring Boot framework.

. Hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL databases.

. Good understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices.

. Experience in application integration, API development, and microservices architecture.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

. Experience working on Core Banking or Banking/Financial Services projects.

. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
