Electrical Engineer - PLC

We are looking for a talented Electrical engineer with extensive PLC experience to join our team.

While we started out in 3D Printing, we've grown from our roots in the maker movement to take on more of a role in industry.

We need people who are looking to work hard and push boundaries.

One of the most important attributes we look for in a colleague is curiosity. You must look at the world with a curious eye and look for problems to solve. And you must try to go solve them, even if they are out of reach. You must be willing to learn, fail and try again. A lot of our work is centered around exploration and a curious mind is a must. You must be comfortable working with familiarizing yourself with foreign concepts that are very far out of your comfort zones

Your responsibilities include:

• Work closely with design and mechanical engineering team to conceptualise solutions
• Design, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of entire PLC systems
• Integration of sensors and others to fulfil requirements
• Preparation of diagrams and submissions to relevant stakeholders and authorities
• Meet schedule, cost, quality and standards to deliver an effective solution for clients

Some mechanical engineering knowledge/background is advantageous.
