Role Summary
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, ensuring timely billing, collections, vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and accurate financial records to support daily finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily and ad hoc tenant billing, ensuring timely and accurate invoice issuance.
- Process, verify, and reconcile incoming tenant payments against customer accounts.
- Handle the full Accounts Payable process, including vendor invoice verification and payment processing.
- Prepare bank journals and perform timely bank reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up with tenants on overdue payments, and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely posting of daily transactions.
- Perform bookkeeping and maintain complete, audit-ready financial documentation.
- Support the finance team with administrative duties and ad hoc assignments.
