About The Role
As a Staff Nurse in the Day Ward, you will provide appropriate care to ensure patients' comfort and safety to heighten the patients' health outcomes. As part of the team, you will contribute in creating a welcoming environment that prioritises patients' wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide high-quality nursing care to patient to support their day to day safety and comfort.
- Treatment Administration: Administer accurate treatments and medication as prescribed.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues, patients, the patients' families, to provide education and support when needed.
- Documentation: Accurately document patient care and procedure details in line with clinical guidelines and protocols.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in feedback on quality to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Experience/Skills Required:
- Experience in a permanent nursing role ( preferably with experience in post-surgical operations )
- Good bedside manners and calm disposition.
- Clear interpersonal and strong articulation skills.
Education/Qualification
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Recognised educational qualifications in Nursing.
Work Schedule
- 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
- Oncall required and rostered
- AM Shift (7am to 3pm)
- PM Shift (2pm to 9pm)
