Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Job Architecture
Draft, refine, and update Job Descriptions (JDs) for retail, logistics, sales, and marketing roles.
Post and manage active listings across major platforms (MyCareersFuture, LinkedIn, JobStreet, university portals).
Screen incoming resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial phone screens.
Schedule and coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers.
HR Operations & Lifecycle Administration
Draft employment contracts, confirmation letters, and onboarding paperwork.
Maintain and digitize accurate employee records, personnel files, and leave/attendance systems.
Assist with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work pass documentation (EP, S Pass, Work Permits) under senior supervision.
Support offboarding clearances and exit documentation.
Culture & Employee Engagement
Help plan team-bonding events, festive celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
Assist in organizing logistics for internal training sessions and corporate exhibitions.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with ATS or HRIS is a plus.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of Singapore's Employment Act and local labor guidelines is advantageous.
Core Mindset: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, high discretion when handling confidential employee data, and high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
