- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in programme operations and customer services
- Strong communication skills and service mindset.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships withstakeholders.
- Well organized with strong planning, organizing, and follow-up skills and able workwithin tight deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priority customer needs with a quickturnaround time
- Demonstrates good administrative skills, and is self-driven, resourceful, and anexcellent team player
- Proficient with MS office applications especially MS Excel
- Providing responsive, professional, and solution-oriented support to learners and corporate clients throughout the entire learning lifecycle — from initial enquiry to post-course follow-up..
- Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate accounts, building strong working relationships and ensuring a positive client experience, and guiding corporate clients through enrolment and payment processing.
- Managing the full spectrum of administrative processes to support programme and course delivery, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and quality standards. This includes class scheduling, timely and accurate learner communications, attendance tracking, coordination of post-course evaluations, and the accurate processing and issuance of certificates.
- Providing proactive and reliable support to teaching staff, ensuring timelycoordination and communication on learner information, course setup and other administrative support to deliver a high-quality and seamless learner experience.
- Contributing to continuous improvement by reviewing, refining, and streamliningoperational processes and guidelines to enhance efficiency and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Performing data analysis and preparing insightful reports for internal and external stakeholders to support decisionmaking, monitor programme performance, and elevate service standards.
- Providing dependable secretarial and administrative support for meetings, accreditation matters, and report preparation.
- Providing customer care support.
- Undertake adhoc projects related to programme operations, contributingproactively to initiatives that enhance the learning experience.
